Hi, I'm the Founder and Executive Director of Heartbridge Life Center. Heartbridge developed after I went through my crisis and trauma of becoming a widow over six years ago (I am now remarried to my amazing husband, Cory Kreager). Through my widowhood and being a single mom, life became very hard to navigate, and I'm not sure where I would be without those who helped me; they are part of what Heartbridge is, as well. My journey through loss and hardship illuminated the cracks in our support system, where many fall through. I heard story after story of failed attempts to find help, and feeling lost, as well as unheard. It was so heartbreaking. I started to help where I could, and Heartbridge developed from there. We're committed to being a comprehensive resource, working hand-in-hand with other nonprofits to ensure no one falls through the gaps. Together, we can uplift and strengthen our community, offering the support and direction every individual deserves. Heartbridge is a beacon of hope. Join us in bridging hope with action.
